• Janice comes to your home to meet the student and conduct a diagnostic assessment.

• Janice identifies the learning objectives that will produce the most progress in the shortest time.

• Janice prepares a Personal Education Plan based on the assessment.

The Lessons

• Each week the student participates in a live online lesson using a free video-conferencing program.

• Each weekday, the student completes a mini-lesson using a free online forum. S/he receives immediate feedback.

• Each month, the student completes an assessment to determine mastery.

Reporting Progress to Parents

• Following the live lesson, Janice conducts a short conference with parents.

• Using the forum, Janice provides daily feedback and a monthly review of progress.

• If parents desire, Janice will collaborate with the child's teacher.
